A native of Staten Island, New York, I attended the New York Art Students League. I moved to Connecticut after my marriage, earning an Associates of Arts Degree from Manchester Community College while raising my family. I have worked in the art department of a photographic lab, and as an Art handler and Preparator at Yale University Art Gallery and various museums and Galleries through out Connecticut. Now I devote most of my time to fine art. I work in photography, oils, encaustics, pastel, printmaking, and assemblage. My work is represented in many private and corporate collections, including Pfizer Pharmaceutical, Gerber Scientific, Campbell's Soup Company, Blum and Shapiro, Manchester Community College, and ABS Development, to name a few.

As I work, I am constantly reexamining, rearranging, seeking the essence, the basic line, form and/or color which creates visual excitement. In all my work I strive to fuel the soul and the eye.
